Jessica L. Molleur, Lic.Ac., DNBAO is a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and massage therapist in Massachusetts and California. She holds a Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco, CA. Her training also includes a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of California at Davis, CA. She is a National Diplomate of Acupuncture, Oriental Medicine, Chinese Herbology and Acupuncture Orthopedics. This orthopedic specialty certification is held by fewer than 300 acupuncturists in the United States. Jessica founded OMBE to integrate the best of Eastern and Western medicine. The center's green philosophy reflects her commitment to the environment.

Foundation Yoga
This class introduces students to the foundations of a balanced yoga practice. Foundation yoga incorporates breath work, yoga props, and emphasizes core strength. The 6-week series invites beginners to explore yoga in a safe and challenging way, and invites seasoned students the opportunity to advance, deepen and fine-tune the subtleties of practice. prenatal yoga
This class is designed for pregnant women who are both new to yoga and for those who have a continuing practice. Students will learn poses and modifications for all stages of pregnancy, with a focus on increasing strength, flexibility, and tone. Women will bond with their babies through relaxation practice, developing breathing techniques that will be valuable throughout pregnancy, as well as during the labor and delivery process. vinyasa flow
Students are led through a series of dynamic postures, designed to open the body and calm the mind through the union of breath and movement. The focus of this class is on developing strength and flexibility, while cultivating concentration and bringing awareness to the body.
