Yoga on the Square @ OMBE

From the desk of Sara Packard, RYT...

We've had so much fun offering FREE Yoga on the Square - that's #YOS for all you Twitterers out there - that we're moving the class indoors through the cold months.  So please stop by OMBE every Thursday at noon for a 45-minute yoga class that overlooks Copley Square and the majestic Trinity Church.  Students will be led through a series of dynamic postures, designed to open the body and calm the mind. This class is open to students of all levels.  YOS indoor classes are $10 and the first class is free for new students.

I can't think of a better way to break up your day than with some downward dogs, trees, pigeons and warriors!

Please call the front desk at 617.447.2222, email info@ombecenter or book online to reserve your space in class.
