Join OMBE in welcoming Registered Yoga Teacher, Olivia D'Ambrosio!

Olivia teaches the following classes:

Saturday 11:00am-12:15pm Mindful Flow + 12:30pm-1:30pm Prenatal Yoga

First student drop in rates are now just $12!

Olivia is also available for private yoga sessions for those new to yoga or who want to fine-tune his or her practice.

Olivia teaches a wide range of students and styles  – from beginners, to prenatal, to restorative, to vigorous flow – placing equal emphasis on physical development, concentration/focus, and emotional wellness. She first practiced Yoga as part of her movement training in the MFA Acting Program at Brown University/Trinity Rep, where she now teaches in the Department of Physical Theater. Before graduate school, she played four years of NCAA lacrosse (including one national championship!), and has a passion for life-long athleticism.

Yoga practice continues to support her artistic process, while also satisfying her inner jock. She sees her teaching as an act of service, and thinks the students’ experience should be the focus of every class. She holds her 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certification from Sonic Yoga (NY, NY) and has completed Mentorships in Boston with Ame Wren and Nicole Clark, and Hip Hop Yoga Teacher Training with Lynne Begier and Goldie Kaufenberg. Other influential teachers include Shannah Green, and her first teacher, Laura Munoz, who first taught her to be strong and focused, and to uncover the wisdom and calm that come from studying one’s own movement.
