Jessica L. Molleur is a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and massage therapist in Massachusetts and California.  She currently maintains a private acupuncture practice in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood, which was awarded Best Acupuncture Center by Boston Magazine. Areas of specialty include women's health, pregnancy, infertility, pediatrics, and sports medicine. Jessica also serves as a health care consultant for integrative medical institutes, infertility centers, and green spas.

Prior to her consulting work, Jessica founded an integrative health center in Boston. The eco-friendly center was one of the first twenty-five companies certified as a Sustainable Business Leader in Boston. The center was the recipient of several awards, including Mayor Menino's Green Business Award, a multiple recipient of Boston Business Journal's Best Workplace, Boston Magazine's Best of Boston Award for Massage Therapy as well as Best Acupuncturists in Boston, Best Eco-Friendly Massage, Eco-Beauty Bar, Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Pilates, and Workout.



Who Do You Love?

From the desk of Rachael Lappen, RYT… Why is it that in our culture we only associate one day a year, Valentine’s Day, with love? We get so focused on the expectation of directing that love to others on February 14th that we lose sight of the fact that love is most certainly in the air each and every day. A consistent yoga practice reminds us to love ourselves on the regular. When we commit to connecting to ourselves, then we can pass that love on. In fact, Bhakti Yoga is an entire practice in and of itself centered around love and devotion. Remember the grade school days of depositing a slew of Valentine’s cards in each of our classmates’ mailboxes? Think about your yoga practice as a way to send a Valentine every single day. Your love will radiate through you so you’ll be going green and saving a lot of paper in the process!

Rachael Lappen

Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa Teacher

Rachael, a lifelong fitness and wellness enthusiast and former competitive swimmer with a degree in Biology from Clark University, has been practicing and studying Yoga for the past eight years and teaching for the last three. From her first moments on the Yoga mat, she was instantly drawn to the balance of dynamic and meditative movement of energy and the constant evolution of body and mind. She has completed Level 1 and Level 2 Power Vinyasa Teacher Training with Baron Baptiste, and is a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200 hour level through Yoga Alliance and a Certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher.

Rachael currently teaches Power and Vinyasa-based Yoga classes to students of all levels and ages. She is a member of the Assistant Team at the Baptiste Power Yoga Institute in Cambridge and Brookline, and enjoys teaching in community service venues. Additionally, Rachael continually enriches her professional training and personal journey through workshops with some of the best-known Yogis in the field.

Rachael’s classes are accessible to all students with an emphasis on proper alignment. She encourages students to connect to movement with breath and body awareness, a light heart, and to be open to new possibilities. Rachael incorporates her yoga practice into all aspects of her life and is endlessly grateful to all of her teachers and mentors. She is honored to share her passion with her students, encouraging them to cultivate their personal authenticity as well as physical health.
