Sara Packard
Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, Yoga Alliance 200 hrs.
Sara very vividly remembers the first time she stepped onto her yoga mat. It was a crazy, packed, crowded class and everyone was talking to their neighbor, laughing and smiling. She wasn't quite sure why all of these people were so happy and thought that maybe she had made a mistake showing up.  Thankfully something inside told her to stay and have an open mind and by the end of that class she knew that this awesome practice of yoga was for her!  She enrolled in the teacher training program at Zuda Yoga under the guidance of Anne Marie Kramer and Bill Prysock. Upon its completion she moved back to her home in NYC and began teaching full-time for Crunch Fitness and New York Yoga. She is also a frequent guest teacher at O yoga in Syracuse, NY. Along with her husband and their pug Oscar, she is now making a new home for herself and her yoga career here in Boston and is so excited to share her love and passion for this powerful practice. What makes it so powerful, she believes, is that it isn't about finding anything outside of what's already inside of you!  Its about being who you already are, standing in it, breathing in it and BELIEVING in it! Her classes are known to be challenging and filled with fun, great music, stories and laughter and hopefully a few smile-asanas!  She knows that the most difficult part is in showing up, the rest you won't regret!
