Yoga on the Square + City Sports

OMBE is dedicating our summer outdoor classes and featured indoor classes to The One Fund Boston all summer! Thank you City Sports for sponsoring our July classes! Our instructors are excited to move and flow through yoga poses in their CS apparel. Participants will also receive a raffle entry for every class they attend during the month of July to win a Kulae yoga mat!

Join OMBE for this free 45- minute outdoor class on the Copley Square lawn every Thursday at noon from July through September. Students are led through a series of dynamic postures, designed to open the body and calm the mind. This class is open to students of all levels and ages. Yoga on the Square (#YOS) goes indoors to OMBE's eco-friendly studio overlooking Copley Square during inclement weather and winter months.

#YOS classes are free with a suggested donation to the One Fund Boston.

So B.Y.O. mat or towel and we'll see you there!

Follow @OMBEboston on Twitter and Facebook for class updates. Donations can also be made online here.

A message from OMBE:

OMBE, along with dozens of Back Bay businesses, was forced to keep its doors closed for over a week while investigators and local law enforcement secured the Boylston Street neighborhood. With their integrative health center just steps from the Boston Marathon Memorial, they continue to be reminded of the gravity of that day and are humbled to be a part of the healing process by offering their services to the Boston community. You can follow @OMBEboston for all class updates and related events.
