Looking for a great way to end your Thursday? Join us for a late evening Pilates Mat class at 7:30pm. Give new meaning to "Thirsty Thursday" and quench your thirst for a great class to challenge yourself and cruise into Friday! Reserve your spot in class online.
This class presents a challenging series of classical and contemporary Pilates exercises that focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, and balance. All Pilates mat classes incorporate props to enhance mat work and are limited to six participants ensuring that each student receives individual instruction.
JJ Fritz Certified Pilates Instructor
Originally from San Francisco, California, JJ relocated to the east coast and is excited to share her California Power Pilates teaching style with Boston Pilates students. JJ utilizes classical Pilates principles, while implementing her own California twist to make every class challenging and fun for her clients.
JJ was exposed to Pilates at a young age and has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years. As a college athlete, JJ recognized that health and wellness was a vital pillar in her life. After graduating from Georgetown University she knew she was meant to move into the health field. Since completing her Pilates Certification through The Pad Studios in San Francisco using BASI Pilates method, she has continued her education in Boston participating in a Mentoring Program with Zayna Gold of Boston Body Pilates. She has also completed multiple Balanced Body Teacher Training programs and enjoys learning and staying current in the Pilates world so that she can share her education with clients. Additionally, JJ is a certified Ballet Barre Teacher as well as a Certified Health Coach.
