It is a unique fusion of classical Pilates mat and ballet barre exercises. You'll get a total body workout that focuses on alignment, balance, and core stability.

Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced client, Pilates is a powerful tool for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Our certified Pilates instructor combines Pilates and physical therapy, creating effective rehabilitation sessions for clients with sport injuries, joint replacements or chronic pain such as low back pain. Pilates can also increase athletic performance, benefit prenatal and postnatal care, improve posture and develop mind-body awareness.
Our Boston Pilates studio with dramatic views of Copley Square, offers both private mat and reformer sessions.
