To assist our clients during this month of transition, we’ve created the following FAQ to answer questions that you may have. Our administrative staff is available as well at email@example.com and 617.447.2222. Thank you!
What is the last day that practitioners will be available for group classes and privates services?
We will be open now through Saturday, October 31st.
Will the schedule change?
No. We will be open for regular business hours now through October 31st.
Where can I continue to see my favorite practitioner or class instructor?
Many of our staff members provide services at multiple locations in the Boston area. Some practitioners will also provide services and classes at new locations. We will post this information at the front desk as well as on our blog, Facebook, and Twitter pages.
What if their new location is inconvenient for me?
Our first priority this month is to ensure continuity of care for all of our patients, clients, and guests. OMBE works with several health care practitioners, physician groups, and other health care facilities in the Boston area. Send an email to OMBE’s owner, Jessica L. Molleur, Lic.Ac., DNBAO if you feel that you need a referral to another practitioner in the area. We will recommend the best possible match: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I schedule all of my appointments for October?
YES! We are expecting October to be one of the busiest this year. Please stop by the front desk to prebook your appointments, call 617.447.2222 to do the same, or book online to reserve preferred appointment times.
What if I can’t finish all my sessions/classes on my package?
We encourage you to book all of your sessions to complete your package. We will expand popular class sections if necessary as well as add hours to practitioner schedules to accommodate bookings. If you haven’t completed your sessions by the end of the month, contact OMBE so that we can review your account.
