OMBE Packages & Gift Cards FAQ
To assist our clients during this month of transition, we’ve created the following FAQ to answer questions that you may have. Our administrative staff is available as well at firstname.lastname@example.org and 617.447.2222. Thank you!
What is the last day that practitioners will be available for group classes and privates services?
We will be open now through Saturday, October 31st.
Will the schedule change?
No. We will be open for regular business hours now through October 31st.
Can I schedule all of my appointments for October?
YES. We are expecting October to be one of the busiest this year. Please stop by the front desk to prebook your appointments, call 617.447.2222 to do the same, email email@example.com or book online to reserve preferred appointment times.
Can I schedule all of my remaining sessions or classes on my package?
YES. We encourage you to call or book online so that you can schedule all of the remaining sessions or classes that you would like through Saturday, October 31st. Please call the front desk at: 617.447.2222 if you need assistance with this process or you would like to check your account to see how many sessions you have available.
What if I have booked all the sessions or classes and I still have more remaining?
Call the front desk at 617.447.2222 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Many of the practitioners are available to expand their schedules or popular class sections if necessary. If you are looking to book your favorite practitioner and they are already booked online, get in touch and we will try to accommodate any requests outside their regular schedule.
OK-I’ve maxed out my scheduling but I still have more sessions left. Now what?
Call the front desk at 617.447.2222 or email us at email@example.com. We’ll help you determine the remaining value on your package so that you can use it towards other services or retail purchases. For example, if you have a 10-series yoga package and you have schedule 7 out of 10 classes and are unable to do anymore, you can use the remaining value towards a massage or other service of equal or greater value. You can also use the value towards any retail purchase at our Eco Beauty Bar at a discount.
In other words, we will try to accommodate you and help you redeem the full value of your package in every way possible through Saturday, October 31st.

If you’ve maxed out your scheduling options for services at OMBE now through Saturday, October 31st, you can use the remaining package value towards a retail purchase. The Eco Beauty Bar offers organic health & wellness items from Badger Balm, Erbaviva, LEAP, Manduka Yoga Mats, Marie Veronique Organic Skincare, TSpheres, and more! You will receive 10% OFF any single item and 15% OFF any gift bag. You can purchase these items in store or online. We can ship these items to someone special or you can pick them up in store if they are for a special event or purchase for the upcoming holidays.

OK-I’ve maxed out my scheduling and made some purchases at the Eco Beauty Bar but I still have a credit remaining on my account. Now what?
Saturday, October 31st will be OMBE’s last day that we will offer regular services and classes at our 551 Boylston Street location in the Back Bay. If you know that you will still have a remaining credit on your account following all of the above steps, call the front desk at 617.447.2222 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Our online store will remain open and you will still have access to limited services beginning November 1st. Immediately after our last day, we will follow up with every client to review and settle your account in whatever way is satisfactory to you! Please be aware that we are in the process of accommodating thousands of clients with similar inquiries. We will areach out to every individual that has contacted us beginning November 1st. If you don’t want to wait and prefer to redeem the value of your package prior to November 1st, contact the front desk so that they can help you schedule and make additional purchases.
