OMBE’s Fall Class Schedule Has Arrived!! Check out our Pilates mat and yoga classes this fall. OMBE’s Pilates and yoga studio is located in the center of Copley Square in Boston. Our eco-friendly studio includes PVC-mats, bamboo and organic cotton props & more! All Pilates mat classes and yoga classes are limited to six students so that each student receives plenty of one-one attention. Check out our new sections this fall for Pilates mat: Mondays and Wednesdays @ 6:30pm and our new lunch-time class at 12pm on Monday.
For all of you that have been missing out on some downward dogs this summer, welcome back to class! Our Vinyasa Yoga classes and our Yoga for Runners class will surely challenge you. While our Foundation Yoga, will get you back to basics, help you work on your form, and assist you with a little bit of relaxation in the form of meditation. For all moms-to-be in the Back Bay, we happily announce the beginning of our Prenatal Yoga series in our Boston studio starting this Saturday @ 11am.
