Back Bay Integrative Health Center Offers Semi-Private Yoga Classes for Athletes
BOSTON, June 27, 2011 — OMBE, an integrative health center in the Back Bay, begins a semi-private Yoga for Runners class this summer every Thursday at 7:30pm and Saturday at 9:00am. The new class series allows participants to discover the benefits of yoga in a semi-private setting, helping runners improve their lower body flexibility, core strength, and balance. The eco-friendly center is offering summer specials for their drop-in classes and class series to encourage local athletes to visit their green yoga studio.
New yoga students can drop-in to any Yoga for Runners class for $10 this summer. Returning participants can purchase Yoga for Runner class series for 10% off. Guests can also recycle their sneakers or yoga mats to receive 10% off any yoga class series purchase this summer. All yoga classes are one hour and the studio provides complimentary props including eco-friendly yoga mats. Guests are recommended to book online in advance as class size is limited.
OMBE’s yoga and Pilates classes are held in a sunny studio overlooking the heart of Copley Square. The studio uses PVC-free yoga mats, organic cotton and bamboo props. All classes are limited to six students ensuring that both beginner and advanced yoga students receive hands-on assistance. The yoga instructors at the studio have created an atmosphere where students of all levels can feel comfortable and focus on developing their yoga practice.
